Refund policy

We want everything on your desk to earn its place there. If something isn't quite right, we make it easy to send it back.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. Items need to be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to send back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or we've made a mistake, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund, no return shipping charge to you.

Want a different color or material instead? Reach out within the same 14-day window and we'll help you exchange your item, subject to availability.

Right now, everything in our shop is eligible for return within the window above. We'll clearly mark any future exceptions, like sale items, at the time of purchase.
